Pete Foremaster founded Foremaster Tool in 1970, building the business from his backyard shop and ultimately establishing a permanent home in the Weber Industrial Park. What started with a two-person operation has grown into a team of roughly 18 to 20 employees working out of a full-scale production facility. Today, Foremaster Tool is led by Pete’s son, Brian Foremaster, President, who brings more than 40 years of machining experience and a background with Honeywell, reinforcing a culture of disciplined manufacturing and quality-focused execution.

With a skilled team of machinists and a broad set of capabilities, including CNC milling and turning, wire EDM, grinding, heat treating, and assembly, our focus is straightforward. We deliver parts that meet specifications and maintain clear, responsive communication throughout quoting and production. That commitment is supported by in-house inspection and a compliance-minded approach to quality, so customers can move forward with confidence.
